1. What are the estimated shipping fees?

3. When will I be billed?
- You’ll be billed around the same time each month.

4. Can I cancel my 3- or 6-month subscription?
- No, only the 12-month subscription can be canceled at any time.

5. I’ve finished my 3-month subscription and want to continue with the 4th box. Which plan should I choose?
- Under "Ordering Previous Boxes" below the add-to-cart button, you’ll find a link to the 3-month (Box 4-6) plan. Click the link to be directed to the page where you can purchase the new plan.

6. What does "One-time purchase" mean?
- A "One-time purchase" means you’ll only be billed once, and you’ll receive just the first box.

7. How can I buy boxes from previous months?
Under "Ordering Previous Boxes" below the add-to-cart button, click on the "Previous Boxes" link. This will take you to a page where you can purchase individual boxes from past months.

8. Will I get a discount if I subscribe to the 6 or 12-month plan?

Yes! The longer the subscription, the more you save. The 12-month plan offers the most savings, giving you access to 12 boxes at a significantly reduced rate.

9. What happens when my subscription period ends?
- Once your subscription ends, you’ll have the option to renew to a different plan to continue with your subscription. We’ll send you a reminder before your plan expires to ensure you don’t miss any future boxes.

10. I paused my subscription after the 6th box two months ago. How can I get the remaining boxes?
- To resume, simply restart your subscription by choosing 6 month (Box 7-12) subscription plan, and you’ll receive the succeeding boxes starting from where you left off.

11. Can I purchase individual boxes whenever I want?
- Yes, you can! Just go to "Ordering Previous Boxes" below the add-to-cart button and click on "Previous Boxes." However, please note that purchasing individual boxes is more expensive than subscribing to a plan.

12. Can I have the boxes sent to my relative in the Philippines?

- Yes, absolutely!

13. I’d like to save on shipping fees. Can I have all my boxes shipped together?

- This can be arranged as a special request. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

14. Are there any duties or taxes I need to pay?

- Duties and taxes vary depending on the regulations of your country. You may be responsible for any additional charges that apply to international shipments, such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details regarding your shipment.

15. I don't want to use PayPal, is there another way for me to buy your subscription box?

Duties and Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that some countries may require payment of duties and taxes upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Order Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched, cancelations are not permitted under any circumstances.

Return and Refund Policy:

Quality Assurance: All orders undergo a thorough quality check before shipping. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, provided you submit video proof of the damage immediately upon opening the package.

Conditions of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Any signs of use, tampering, or damage not related to shipping will disqualify the item from being refunded.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, digital downloads, sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping costs incurred for returning items are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, the learning kit must be shipped back to us within [5] days of delivery. Once received, we will inspect each item. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return criteria.

Partial Refunds: If only some items in the kit qualify for a refund, we will issue a partial refund for those items only.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. Additionally, any costs associated with returning the item to us will not be reimbursed.
